Refund Policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, due to the preparation required to deliver high-quality training, the following refund policy applies to all registered classes:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled training date will receive a 50% refund of the total class fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled training date are non-refundable.
This policy ensures that instructors contracted to deliver course content and any materials prepared for the course are properly compensated and accounted for.
