From CPR, AED, and First Aid certification courses to Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) based on TCCC/TECC guidelines, our programs are led by experienced instructors and grounded in nationally recognized protocols. We offer hands-on, scenario-driven training designed to meet the needs of everyday citizens, healthcare providers, first responders, and tactical personnel operating in high-risk or rapidly evolving environments.

About the Owner
Nick Cross is a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) who serves full-time as a police officer and active SWAT operator. A former medic with the Minnesota Army National Guard, Nick brings extensive experience from both tactical and emergency medical environments, underscoring his commitment to preparedness and public safety.
He has completed the Department of Homeland Security’s Tactical Emergency Medical Instructor Course (FLETC), is a certified BLS/AED/First Aid Instructor through HSI, and is a qualified instructor with the Minnesota Board of Fire Training and Education. In addition, he holds multiple other credentials across the medical and first responder disciplines.
Driven by a passion for bridging the gap between medical knowledge and real-world application, Nick founded Blue Medic Training Solutions to deliver high-quality, practical training for both civilians and first responders. His courses range from CPR and First Aid to advanced tactical medical instruction—all designed to ensure that anyone, from everyday citizens to seasoned professionals, has the skills and confidence to perform life-saving interventions when it matters most.
Our Instructors
We work with a team of highly skilled contracted instructors whose experience spans Military, Law Enforcement, SWAT Medics, EMS/Paramedics, and Firefighters. Building on Nick’s experience and leadership, they bring a wealth of real-world, hands-on knowledge that enhances our courses and translates directly into the classroom.
