Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED Training
Duration: Approximately 4.5–5.5 hours
Certification: 2 Year HSI (Health and Safety Institute)
This nationally recognized HSI Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED course is designed to prepare participants to recognize, respond to, and manage a wide range of medical emergencies in the critical moments before professional help arrives.
Participants will learn how to assess situations safely, provide life-saving care, and address a variety of medical and traumatic conditions through hands-on practice and instructor-led demonstrations.

Care for Minor Wounds and Burns
Tooth Injuries and Nosebleeds
Management of Impaled Objects and Eye Injuries

Head, Neck, and Spine Injuries / Concussions
Bone, Joint, and Muscle Injuries
Altered Mental Status and Poisoning
Breathing Difficulties, Asthma, and Allergic Reactions
Heart Attack, Stroke, and Seizures
Diabetic Emergencies and Fainting
Heat and Cold Emergencies
Bites and Stings
Optional Add-On: Infant and Child CPR/AED/Overdose response can be included as an extension of this course (adds approximately 1–2 hours to training time).
