
This comprehensive CPR and AED training course equips participants with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills needed to respond effectively to cardiac and breathing emergencies across all age groups—infants, children, and adults. Taught by certified instructors, the class follows current HSI (Health and Safety Institute) guidelines and is suitable for healthcare professionals, workplace responders, educators, caregivers, and the general public.
Participants will learn:
How to recognize cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies
High-quality chest compressions and proper ventilation techniques for all age groups
The use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in emergency situations
Special considerations for performing CPR on infants and children
Relief of choking for infants, children, and adults
The course combines lecture, video instruction, and hands-on practice with CPR manikins and AED trainers to ensure confidence and competence in real-life situations. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification card valid for two years.
