Bleeding Control Course (2–3 Hours)
Hands-On Training for Immediate Life-Saving Action

This comprehensive 2–3 hour course is designed to equip participants with the critical skills and knowledge needed to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding in emergency situations. Through a combination of brief lecture and intensive hands-on practice, students will gain confidence in performing essential hemorrhage control techniques.

Topics Covered Include:

  • Identifying life-threatening bleeding

  • Proper application of commercial tourniquets (TQ)

  • Wound packing using hemostatic and standard gauze

  • Application of Emergency Trauma Bandages (ETB)

  • Pressure dressings and direct pressure techniques

  • Scene safety, situational awareness, and calling for help

Students will practice each skill in realistic scenarios under the guidance of experienced instructors. This course is ideal for law enforcement, EMS, educators, workplace safety personnel, and concerned citizens seeking to make a difference before professional help arrives.
